"It is very flexible for families and time off needed to tend to that. On the other hand, if you're single, then you often work A LOT as your coworkers with children go to Halloween parades, kid's doctors appointments, etc."

"Pepsi is a very male dominated culture. There is a strong focus on increasing diversity and hiring on more women. Men tend to be paid more than their female (and more successful) counterparts "

"It's burn and churn. Lots of turnover within first 3-5 years of employment. Long hours (55+/week) are the norm. Travel is the norm - particularly in Frito Lay. "
