"Lots of women here, but very few females and minorities in high level positions. Of those women in higher levels, most emulate male counterparts by opting for mostly male and mostly non-monority staff."

"Life outside the office is not valued. Still very much a boys network on the beverages side of business. Company is trying to change their culture but it is very slow and not coming from executive levels where women are sparse."
