    When you hired a person for one position that they sign off on and then you get there and fine out that they are putting u in a lower position with less money. I wouldn't recommend a dog to work for this company. Your words means alot, so don't lie to people..

    Maybe. Its a okay job if you like a very busy environment. If your young its a great job for you. They pay everybody different and off of experience the pay range start from 8.50 to 9.00 is the most if your a customer service representative. Managers get paid 12.00-13.00.

It's a great place to work but you return from maternity leave with no sick time or vacation time if you were hired in the last 5 years. This is very difficult and stressful.

Unfortunately...beware of other women. Take time to get to really know and understand the people that you work with before forming an opinion. You can move up the chain but don't get too comfortable anywhere. Once you do, you'll get stuck in a position or department.

See previous comments. Again - great startup environment, fun culture, more women being hired than previously, but mostly in lower level roles and not in leadership, which is all men. The company is generally not successful at nurturing its existing talent (for either gender), so pretty moderate turnover. With that being said, it's a good place to start a career or develop your skills, if you are willing to get paid less than what you would at other companies for the same job. The PTO is decent and the health insurance plans are fantastic. Though I didn't take any, maternity leave I believe is up to 12 weeks, and 8 weeks paid at 60% (not positive on this though).

You will definitely be underpaid for the role, but if you are wanting more experience, a learning environment, and to leverage that as a springboard to other opportunities, it could be worth it. Good culture and peer environment, leadership is a boys' club, but hiring more women as of late. They are not that successful at nurturing their existing talent, so you will see a decent amount of turnover in all departments. With that being said, again, great opportunity to learn and develop your talents if you're wanting to branch out your experience.

I didn't go through maternity leave at this institution, but my supervisor expected that if I traveled with students over the weekend I would use a vacation day to take Monday off, or just work for twelve straight days. I can't imagine that it would have been better if I'd have had children at home. That same supervisor had multiple suits against her for wrongful termination based on race, or creating a hostile work environment, and was still employed because her father was friends with the college president.
