"People are friendly and the environment is stimulating. Most people who work there have a lot of passion and do their work well. On the other hand, working at a nonprofit means that the landscape is constantly shifting and job security is not great. The lack of security and mission driven ethos of the organization means that people feel pressured to work all the time. "
