"The overall management of the organization is poor. They do not listen to staff are all talk. HR does not support the staff and is too close (i.e. friends) with management. Therefore, they will protect them regardless of how unethical they behave. Staff can be over worked and management has a tendency to place unrealistic goals on them."

"It is a great company to meet incredibly driven individuals but over time you come to realize that people it is not a meritocratic system but rather a game of big-company politics and bureaucracy. This contributes to a toxic culture. "
