"PwC is aggressive about implementing policies that encourage equality, inclusion, and diversity in the workplace. The tone is strong at the top and you can see it being carried out by their employees almost daily. It's not perfect by any means, but they have made a lot of progress in areas that a lot of companies haven't even began to think about (especially in the Finance/Client Service industries.) "
