"Overall it's a positive experience. The pace of change is a bit overwhelming and there could be a more diverse leadership team. "
"The culture here at realtor.com is very inclusive and communicative. They place a high value on hiring/promoting from within if possible, and offering opportunities for growth. "
"Realtor.com is an amazing place to work! They have great benefits, company culture, and internal mobility. All of which are very important to me when choosing a company. "

"I made a major career change and Realtor.com has done nothing but support and foster my growth every step of the way. I have been given the chance for growth every step of the way and guided by an amazing manager. I feel very lucky to work at this amazing company!"

"This is a big company, so depending on which branch you end up in will determine how you are treated as a woman. Hourly employees have very little flexibility and work-life balance is not supported with PTO policies or compensation. If you are salaried, you could interact with men who have been with the company that was acquired, Opcity. These men do not put their people first and some treat women extremely poorly."

"Can't beat the 20 week paid parental leave policy. Such an amazing benefit for women."

"They treat every employee equally and like part of a family. "
"This company strives to empower women and make sure our voices are heard. "
"There are some amazing, supportive women who work here. There is not a "bro culture", and the men I have worked with are very kind, sensitive, and helpful. I would like to see more women in leadership, but I am hopeful that the company is trying to make that happen."
"realtor.com is a company that is continuously learning and improving. Your thoughts will be heard and you are always encouraged to share them! "
"Great team to work with, very flexible environment. A lot of fun!"
"The team is very welcoming and team members come from all walks of life. The company values internal promotion and bringing in new people who bring fresh perspectives - they understand that balance. "
"We have new leadership who is determined to make a change in our D&I efforts and they have already implemented new changes in the short time they have been here including changes to benefits that affect women."
"I am a recent addition to the Realtor.com team as a Contractor in Talent Acquisition. I have been welcomed with open arms, have had open lines of communication with management, and feel supported by all of my team members. I worked for a Fortune 100 Company prior to working here and I can say without a shadow of a doubt this company is better in everyway. I am thrilled to be here and hope to have a long career with Realtor.com"
