"This place is FULL of old, white men, but they are willing to change. If you are a woman passionate about generator engineer, you can really kick ass here. If not, you can easily get stuck working in a job you don't love for decades. "

"I have benefitted from the UTC Flexible Work Arrangements program. I worked part time while my children were young. I like the way my management approached career growth during that time. Instead of thinking of what I could not do as a part time employee, the conversation was about how I could grow."
