"Don't sell your soul to succeed here. If you don't work at least 50 hours a week you're not going to get promoted. Most work 65. "

"I started working at one of UTC’s business units as a temporary employee over 25 years ago. Once hired in a permanent role, I took advantage of the Employee Scholar Program to complete my undergraduate degree and MBA. I’ve relocated several times in order to take advantage of more challenging career opportunities and recently became an executive with the company. Come join us!
