"There is different levels of flexibility based on your job, but this makes sense. It is practical for a mechanic to have the ability to assemble an engine from home. I do think the entire company is not aligned to our P&W presidents new culture changes. This definitely needs additional work. We are on the right path and there are pockets of success, but still pockets of intolerance. "

"I am currently pregnant. I am given 14 paid weeks and plan to take all of this time consecutively. I have the option to take 8 weeks consecutively and then the remaining time I am given one year from the child's birth to determine how to take this. This paid time is outside of my vacation time. "

"Maternity leave is great here - 12 fully paid weeks! All new parents get at least 4 weeks off fully paid, i.e. Dads and Moms who didn't give birth. The commitment to "Paradigm for Parity" (50% female executives by 2030) makes this a great place for talented, hard-working women looking to climb the ladder. "

"This is very dependent on your job function and supervisor - on the whole I think employees who are responsible and in roles that allow for flexible hours/schedule/work from home do so pretty easily. "
