"Once you reach Senior Director it becomes highly male dominated and difficult to advance. The Sales organization remains very male dominated and there is definitely an unequal feeling. Promotions of women into leadership positions is not as common as you would think for a company that wears diversity like a badge of honor. "

"The workforce is diverse and accommodating. Having a life outside work is encouraged. The benefits are excellent - I only regret that I did not have my child while I was working here, because the parental leave policy is so good."
