I can only speak to the sales department. While the base salaries and on target earnings may be the same for everyone, there are ways of promoting men and rewarding them faster. The bro culture is also problematic and unprofessional as well as very uncomfortable from time to time.

Great opportunity if you can balance home life. A lot of women that start out in the SR role but as they get to the child beating age they rarely come back.

It's a boys club. There are a few women in senior management, and I have a lot of respect for them (their management style.) I was amazed in my own department to see three men promoted on the fast path to Director, while the lone woman who had much more experience and seniority was the last to get promoted.

I worked here for 5 years and it was an incredible place to launch my career. I was able to progress quickly, work with very smart people, and always felt like I was treated fairly. My team was mostly men when I started, but by the time I left, there were many more women on the team, including in leadership positions. I also had the chance to work with some outstanding women executives during my time at the company.
