"There is a ton of talented women at SAP and a ton of support and programs to network, however we are still right below the surface in many top level positions. With each re-org, you will see 1 or 2 women in a sea of men's faces, however a few years ago, there were no women at all. It's progress, it's slow, it's about breaking up the existing groups of male leadership to let more women in. SAP is getting there.. slowly."

"Working from home/remote work is absolutely an option in many roles especially if you aren't co-located with anyone from your global team. Commuting 1.5 hours each way vs working from home allows me to be available to support teams in other regions, spend focused time in a quiet environment vs an open office. Yes, an 9-5 day is non existent but having the ability to remote work and have flexibility to my working time (responsibly) ensures SAP gets the best of me."

"You have the flexibility to be a mom and have a great career. Virtual work, non-consecutive work hours etc. "
