"Upper management is very focused on developing and promoting women at all levels. We have difficulty finding African American and Hispanic candidates (both men and women) for roles in technology sales, so please apply for consideration. Also, if you don't know someone who works here, approach an exec on linkedin and ask for their sponsorship."

"For jobs outside of sales & sales support (legal, contracts), I believe there is great support for work/life balance. However, in the sales related careers, there is less balance. Some of this is due to the poor systems that are in place to support these important roles."

"SAP is a wonderful organization to work for because it works with Fortune 500 clients whereby we are always ahead technology and best practices. Companies like Nike, Porsche, Mercedes. Apple are a few of our clients and other partners.
Aside from the benefits, discounted purchase options and remarkable engagement groups, the talent is amazing and you will work with many competent people.
We have yoga and mediation classes, mindfulness workshops, employee led groups (Business Women's Network, Experts program, Leap, and more). We routinely have invited guests providing insights, training, tools, and tips virtually and in person. Leadership women workshops, global coaching, mentoring programs, flexible work conditions. No company is perfect, but it is pretty great to see the investment and focus into its employees. "
