If you want to work at T-Mobile, be sure it is a corporate store or for the actual corporate office. I work for an owner of five franchised stores, and corporate jobs may be more stressful but so much more worth it overall.

There are very few women working at the company and the number has been decreasing. They have never had a woman at the executive level. I don't see any advancement for women with such a boy's club at the top. It's difficult to gain their respect.
