"If you're starting off your career, Simon is a fantastic place to start, learn the trade and take what you learn to another company. You'll slave for the company with no recognition and no compensation but you'll learn so much through the process. Unfortunately, the pay is one of the lowest in the industry, the benefits are some of the worst and family life/work-life balance is not supported so it's a good place to start but not stay for your career. "The company culture is to work, work, work. There's little time for family and time off to take care of one's family is looked down upon. You had to adhere to the strict schedule of the company and had little to no holiday benefits. "

"In mid-level management positions, it is fairly equal distribution of men and women and women's voices truly to do seem to be heard. I do not feel there is an inherent difference in the ways women and men are viewed at this level. Working at the corporate headquarters or office is very different from the field level, where my experience lies. "
