"I work at the production facility, and it's the most sexist, misogynistic cluture I've ever been in. Top leadership is all men, and they act like a boys club. Favoritism is rampant, so hope that you get "in" with the right people as soon as you get there."

"This is a great company to work for! They really care about their team members and there are more initiatives and perks being rolled out regularly to better show that. SmileDirectClub is really a rocketship where you'll learn so much and your opinion will be heard."
