"The benefits for women who are planning to start a family out-weigh compensation for me; the Total Rewards Team have provided competitive benefits and are continuously improving on their Benefits and Wellness Programs. There are patriarchy ways when you work from a service center versus Corporate Offices, however the culture is changing and the CEO/President is very transparent with equal pay and women's rights. There are Employee Resource Groups available that foster strong female leaders and opportunities within the work place are improving. There are more male leaders, however within the last five years we've seen women at the Suite C level."

"Yes/No answers are not my favorite way to answer questions. My company is a great company. That said, if you have a relative, or many relatives, your opportunities for hiring and advancement are pretty great. I came from the Corporate world where the people interacted with each other in a more congenial way. This company is not like that. If you have not been a lineman, and you have no relatives, your chances of hiring & promotion are limited. It's a disappointment. "

We are a very giving and caring company; we’re committed to helping families that are in need, improving our environment and supporting educational programs in the communities that we serve.
