"Be prepared for a very bro culture, especially on teams like Cash and in Finance. I've seen them pressure people to work as late as possible. If you leave while another teammate is still working, it's frowned on. I heard a senior exec refuse to hire a completely qualified and highly respected candidate because "finance isn't in her DNA."
I know many women working there whose mental health severely suffered.
Square tends to spend a lot of time and fluff on "education" about D&I topics they should be taking actionable steps toward fixing at the workplace instead."

"Recently attended a "women in sales" workshop that discussed selling yourself as a woman for advancement in the workplace that was helpful & informative. However, generally found myself pigeonholed into a lack of advancement due to my personal medical struggles."

"As a female engineer I definitely feel like there is a strong community of women engineers who are a close support circle. You are definitely aware that there are more male engineers than female -- but unfortunately this is true all over the tech industry. Square is a great place to be."
