"Compensation and benefits are very low. You may find some variation between departments and managers, but organizationally, Stifel is very rigid. For example, some IT have a hybrid schedule, but the CEO is publicly and privately very critical of WFH."

"Stifel's benefits, policies, and work environemnt are reminiscent of what you would imagine the workplace to be in the 1960s. "

"They offer 8 weeks paid and an additional 4 unpaid. When I asked about it I was told to avoid raising the issue to the head of HR who is a woman who had multiple children while at Stifel and find its sufficient. "
