"So far, I haven't found any discrepancies between the way men and women are treated here (may be a Swedish standard, but not sure!) About 20% of the company is comprised of women and they all seem to enjoy working here.
One thing I would be mindful of is the lower than average salary, but it affects everyone at the company, not just women. "
