"The benefits at Renaissance are amazing! Remote working arrangements, unlimited vacation time off (for full-time employees), generous sick time, maternity leave, and access to many mental wellness programs. In addition, the company culture here is great, and my coworkers and leadership are supportive. I recommend this company to anyone looking for the perfect work/life balance and a friendly atmosphere. "Leadership takes mental health, work/life balance and burnout very seriously here - they "walk the walk" when it comes to ensuring that folks are taking the time off they need, including the flexibility to get your work done when you need to. This means that if I need to pick up my kids, or run an errand, they're okay with that so long as the work gets done - which I love having that ownership of my own time and the trust that I'm an adult who has life responsibilities but a strong work ethic!"

"This company offers excellent benefits (generous PTO & sick time, medical, and so much more), but most importantly, they have offerings that are beneficial to working moms such as 100% paid maternity leave and a few others. Definitely worth checking out!"

"Great maternity leave; mission-focused culture; diversity, equity and inclusion focus with employee resource groups to join; benefits are exceptional - tuition reimbursement, 401k with match; positive culture where leadership cares."

"The overall company culture is commendable, with an emphasis on teamwork, respect, and supporting mental health. However the culture within the Accounting/Finance department is another story. The leader requires some people to work at all hours of the day (including nights/weekends) for poorly planned deadlines. The leader will then at times become stressed and yell at people, very inappropriately, in meetings. The work itself is very interesting."

"DCPS is not worth the extra money that you'll make compared to surrounding districts. The expectations are sky high and support varies widely. I worked 12 hour days pretty much every single day that I worked there. "
