"Surescripts is committed to not only our customers and the network we serve, but also to the people who work here. Coming out of the pandemic, there have been significant changes made to allow for more flexibility in where and how we work as individuals and as teams. These changes, have personally, allowed me to create clear lines between work and home life and focus on physical and mental health."
"I believe the Surescripts not only has a great work-life balance regarding flexibility to work in an office and/or at home, but they really listen to the feedback from employees. "
"I have been with this company for a number of years and I have seen a dramatic change in culture. There have always been women in leadership but when I first started the only women were those most like rigid male paradigms in skirts and heels. Now we see more inclusivity and working on improving even further with diversity and inclusion. The work we do is important, how, when and where is less important so we continue to evolve to allow every person the ability to be the best at their job by giving them the support they need. "

"Surescripts has more women leaders than I have seen from other workplaces. I manage an all women's team and report to a male boss. My boss is methodical and result-oriented and it's easy to neglect things that most women go through in their career, e.g. pregnancy, taking kids to doctors' appointment, planning a wedding etc. As a manager, I work to remind him and also find ways to reallocate tasks to allow flexibility in my team's schedule. The Company also invests a lot to promote diversity and inclusion within Senior Leadership. Hiring Managers or HR pay attention to teams where the men/women ratio is not even. I think in general, if you are a working mom, you will find this place great because people are willing to work out a flexible arrangement with you as long as you finish your work and meet your deadlines. "Awesome purpose that positively impacts US healthcare and ultimately patients. Nice size company - not too big, not too small - you can get to know people & have visibility. Friendly, approachable and helpful employees at all levels who care about the work they do. The most transparent organization I have worked for. Solid communication to the employee base, making for more engagement and inclusiveness. Interesting, challenging work. Opportunity to continue to learn and grow. Celebrate successes as a company and have fun via different events etc. Successful organization with a bright future. "
