The HRA printshop management is bigoted and misogynistic. They do not hire women for skilled positions. They run a boys club, promote from within (all promotions are white men only) and do not want to be held accountable to agency rules about anti-sexual harassment, anti-discrimination, etc. The single blue collar woman here makes 2/3 of her counterpart running the same Xerox machine, even though she has 20+ years seniority.

PicMonkey is a great place to work! We are treated very fairly, I almost always feel like I am heard, and there is even a Diversity & Inclusion monthly meeting to discuss various ways to grow. Additionally, there are many men and women that WFH regularly, have different hours based on kid drop off, and PicMonkey has very generous parental and maternity leave.

May 2016

I would say overall it is a great company to work for - great pay, benefits and fringe benefits like education reimbursement (100%!). The caveat is that it is still mostly a "good old boys club" and women have to work much harder to be recognized and promoted. Also Their maternity/paternity leave policies need to be updated.
