"We have an extremely collaborative team and all team members take the time to share the job experience. Our team leaders and managers are very supportive of our work-life balance. Our location is working diligently on working with recruiters to improve diversity in the workforce by asking for more female applicants to be submitted."

"This is a great place to work, even if most of the leadership is male, there seems to be an openness to influence from the women and a willingness to consider women for upper management, board of directors, etc. They at least 99% of the time at least say the right things. "
