"What has impressed me the most is that there are goals around improving gender diversity. It's something that is talked about, and talked about in a way that demonstrates a commitment to improving opportunities for women, and a commitment to gender diversity. "

"This is a good place to work. The only draw back is if you have small or school age children as the work hours on the shop floor are not conducive to having children that are small or are in school. Being to work at 6am without someone in the family or a daycare that is willing to get children ready for school or take to daycare makes working here impossible."
