I have never met as many nice people in one place as I have at Terex! Everyone I have met is friendly and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better job or coworkers!

Be prepared to be over-worked and unappreciated compensation wise. Expectations sometimes are very over stretched. It's all about what the shareholder want/need/expect. Working for a publically owned company is not as great as some may think.

They have been working very hard on equality, especially in a manufacturing setting. It is hard to get ahead out side of an office and a degree. This place allows you to move up based on experience, not a piece of paper and student loans.

This is a great place to work for women, There are more and more women being recognized for their achievements in the News@Corporate newsletter we get each Monday. Also, the president of my segment (TFS) is a woman and I believe she is doing a fantastic job.
