"We support women's initiatives in theory but it is really lip service. This is clearly a male dominated company. "

"Great place to work. Lots of woman in high positions. There might even be more women than men in the office I work in. I feel equality is very strong in our work place. I never feel men are chosen for positions over women when new roles come up."
