"You need to be able to work with a diverse team. Thick skin can be required as team members can be tough to handle at times.

"Even though it is a men dominated industry I never felt left outside or not included. Women promotion cascades down from top leaderships to the most basic jobs. I would very much recommend working for Terex."

"Learn the current culture first and try to understand the whole business (cradle to grave). Do not get caught up in on one individual aspect of the business. Understand who your Customer is, internally and externally. "
