"I love my job, and my supervisor is awesome. I would tell any woman that applied here to make sure to stand up for herself and escalate any concerns she has. The worst thing you can do in a production job like this is allow people to walk all over you. You need to be willing to go up against it if you think anything unsafe or unethical is happening. "

"I have a lot of flexibility in my position because I'm not in a takt time. I'm not sure what the flexibility is like for takt time positions. I've heard it's hard to get time off because we don't cross train enough, but I'm not sure how true that is. "

"I'm not sure on this. I know Washington state has more paid family leave than other states and that's taken into account. I believe you get 6 or 8 weeks paid and any time after that needs to be PTO that you have saved, or FMLA. "

"Traditionally male dominated industry however extremely proactive in gender balance and diversity. The company has a strong focus with many initiatives (that are not just words on a page) to promote and encourage females to succeed."

"Upper management is passionate about getting more women in upper management and there is a women-centric initiative that facilitates mentoring and other supportive programs. Many of the admin roles have more flexible hours (4x9x4 schedule) and opportunities to work remotely partially. The company is committed to providing more maternity leave than is required by law. "
