"Its a fantastic organization to work for!
Terex definitely promote women in the workplace, and as an individual I feel valued.
My boss is flexible if I have a problem with my kids - it never seems to be an issue, she understands the need for work life balance - and accommodates me on request

"Women typically don't think about the manufacturing industry when exploring their career options, but Terex has done an excellent job at making women feel empowered. In the last few years they have implemented paid maternity leave, extended caregiver leave and flexible work policies that make the work/life integration of women (and men) seamless. "

"Amazing place to work, no matter gender. Company wide, the realization of gender equality is clearly there - the type of place that is making a difference and helping pave the way for women in leadership roles. "

"From my experience at Terex women are not treated the same as Men. I have sit in multiple meetings where I am the only women in the room and do not get asked any questions about my work directly but instead go to the male above me. Decisions are made about my work and I am not consulted on it and just expected to get it done. I believe that even employees at the lower levels should be involved in the discussions of there work. There are women at the Staff/Senior level but at the manager level and above there are not many women in those roles. Also the culture is not very inclusive and there are often days where I sit in my cube with no communication with anyone in the office. "
