"We are fortunate to not have to think about being a woman at Terex, we are all equal team members. If anyone would treat you differently because you are a woman it would be addressed and you would have support. Terex has a very diverse and accepting culture with supportive team members. There are also many women in high level positions willing to be mentors or share their experiences."

"There are some great opportunities here along with lots of amazing women working in the business. It's a company where you're encouraged to develop. If you're results oriented and willing to learn, you could have a great career here."

"We have great flexible work programs but in some direct manufacturing roles, the nature of the work requires you to be physically present so there's no equal flexibility in all parts of the organization."
