      "Terex as a whole promotes female growth and opportunities. This particular branch does not. We also have the "Terex Works For Me" flex time policy but are STRONGLY discouraged at this branch to utilize it. We are encouraged to agree with every decision instead of voice our opinion. "

      "Terex is very interested in improving its diversity. As a woman you will enjoy many supportive policies and I have yet to hear of a woman or carers request for flexible work patterns getting turned down! The company encourages all to be active advocates for women's career advancement and will support you in helping shift culture to help this happen. Terex has a fantastic mentoring program and its Lean In circles offer great support. "
