Not a great place to work if you want balance with your family. Not a place with a long runway for promotion as a woman. Portray stereotypical male traits to get ahead. Great opportunity to have hard work rewarded with accelerated promotions until they more or less stop at senior levels.

Great place to work with good development opportunities although flexible working in management roles can be difficult to accommodate.

It is not for everyone. You are definetly outnumbered but if you are used to this type of environment you will do just fine!

With the exception of the promotions and merchanidising groups, women in senior-level and management positions are EXTREMELY hard to come by. There is a very distinct separation of the sexes by position/level within the organization.

Have been fairly new to PepsiCo but so far working hours seem great. I will update once I experience more.

Senior level women are leaving Coke at a rapid pace these days, and potential employees need to take that into consideration. In some cases, women have found better opportunities outside the company (mid and senior level women often talk amongst ourselves about being blocked for more senior roles at Coke and having to leave to advance). In other cases, senior women have been ousted by male executives. The boys' club is very real in most departments at Coke.

It is very flexible for families and time off needed to tend to that. On the other hand, if you're single, then you often work A LOT as your coworkers with children go to Halloween parades, kid's doctors appointments, etc.

Pepsi is a very male dominated culture. There is a strong focus on increasing diversity and hiring on more women. Men tend to be paid more than their female (and more successful) counterparts
