"For a company that boasts about feminism and uplifting the women who work to provide the ingredients for the products, as well as the women who buy them, they hate female staff that try to advocate for themselves so that they can get more hours or better pay, or even move up in position."

"There really was none as the staff was small, and they mainly hired if you had complete flexibility on YOUR end. For example, in my culture, my family celebrates Christmas on December 24th. I knew it was hard to get that day off as we would be closed on the 25th, so I would ask for the day off almost a full year in advance, and the best I could get was to work that day but leave early. "My manager was so strict that it was extremely hard to speak to them about anything. They had no problem teaching us as much as they were able to about operations and KPIs, but the moment we would try to explain why certain numbers were not being met, we would get hit with the "you're not trying hard enough". "I worked for the company for 4 years. The couple I was in heaven.I loved every minute of my job. I noticed a lot of my co-workers were so upset and complained about the company, ethics and managers. With my time working there i noticed the company had no regard for your family life and overall well being. My advice pay attention to the people who work for the company when you first work there. I knew many of the co-workers were drained, but i thought that was based on at home life. Now I know, where there is smoke.. there's fire!"
