"Though started by two men, company has a long history of a female dominated workforce. However, this should not imply that pay gaps don’t exist or that flexibility within the schedule is provided regardless of gender or home life responsibility. As archaic as it seems, whether a candidate was married and/or had children were influencing factors in compensation offers. Men with children were also given greater flexibility of scheduling than mothers and/or had special dispensation from scheduling requirements enforced for the rest of the work force. "
