      "I suspect there are pockets of the company where someone's feeling of flexibility and work/life balance could vary widely depending on your manager or department. While I have always felt that I have great flexibility and ability to maintain work/life balance (admittedly, any lack of balance is primarily my own doing), I think a lot of that is because of who my manager is. "
