"I like the fact that there are a lot of women in senior positions. I've been here for 14 years and have always felt I've been treated with respect (that was not the case at other companies). "

"The Hartford is a GREAT Company. It is supportive of women, but SLT jobs still are mostly men. The thing I like, Hartford is aware, and is trying to support the growth of women and minorities. "
