"It's a great place to work. Over my time there, I saw the company grow into embracing newer trends and trains of thought (when I started there things were still being done the same as they always had been). They have great employee interest groups with several geared at women."

"Covered employees will be provided with leave of up to two weeks and paid at a rate of 100 percent of their base pay in effect on the day before the start of the leave.
Birth mothers may take a Paid Parental Leave following child birth. Birth mothers who qualify for short term disability will be eligible to take the Paid Parental Leave following the conclusion of the short term disability benefit period.
Birth spouses, adoptive parents and domestic partners of a birth or adoptive parent may take a Paid Parental Leave immediately after the birth or adoption of a child.
Covered employees are eligible for a maximum of two weeks of paid leave per leave event, including where there are multiple live births or adoptions."
