"TIAA gives you all the necessary tools and training, if you are an employee. Consultants are treated differently but you are expected to do the same job as an employee, Also, consultants at TIAA do not expect to get any formal feedback/recommendation on LinkedIn from TIAA employees - it is against their policy."

"Good environment, work hard for cultural change and try to ensure better ethics than competitors. Often the incentives in scorecards cause decisions that are not in the best interest of the client or have inherent conflicts of interest. Pay is not transparent. Good mobility. Typical large company politics and slow moving."
