"Tile has a lot of great benefits and policies that make it easy to manage my work-life schedule. I'm really excited about our new fertility benefits with Maven, and I appreciate that my performance review is an evaluation of my work and impact--not how many hours I spend at my desk. "

"Tile is working hard to become a leader in diversity. We are getting more involved in actively recruiting diverse candidates and making Tile a diverse environment. The culture is collaborative and focuses on having lunch together. "
