"If you're looking at the live video department, look away. It's a grind and extremely messy. Anything goes attitude where people can say whatever about your race, wealth, look, clothing, family, etc. Other departments, and other video departments were not as bad."

"Pay is low for writers and editors at Time Inc's women-targeted media; inflexible policies regarding vacation time; requirement to work holidays such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc. without additional pay; frequent layoffs, few promotions"
