"Uber is a very inclusive place to work! As woman I feel super supported by others in my team and across the company. Uber has thousands of career opportunities, and while being recruitment, I have never seen that the benefits or compensation package differs depending on gender or sexual orientation. Everyones is treated equally! "

"Uber is a great place to work. Females are paid equally than our male counterparts. We also have great benefits like a Family Planning budget for anything related to fertility, adoptions, etc. We also have flexible working arrangements, like 4 day-weeks to help with the personal life balance especially if you have kids. I also really enjoy the amazing effort the company is doing to ensure there are women in leadership positions and how the Women @ Uber Employee Resource Group is the largest one and it advocates for all of us."
