"Uber is an amazing place to work. I always feel treated as an equal, there are always lots of opportunities to move up and grow. Uber truly cares about their employees and offer amazing benefits such as 5 months maternity leave and other great family benefits. Highly recommend Uber as a place to work!"

"Uber is a great place to work - I feel appreciated and empowered and I musta say that I love working with smart and hardworking people. Opinions and ideas are heard - there are lots of feedback forms which the management takes into account. It’s a wonderful place for women to work and it is full of real opportunities.
Also, our benefit program and work-life balance are the best!

"Uber is an incredible place to work! I have had a ton of support in my career transition while staying at Uber (from recruiting to program management). I've had super supportive managers and colleagues. People really support each other here, and encourage them to succeed. I feel very well compensated for what I do, and have a lot of flexibility and work life balance. "
