"Woman or not, I feel proud to work at Uber! Yes, there are frustrating and trying times, but the people are incredible. The flexibility is also a huge plus -- I'm able to do what I need to whenever I need to without being questioned or ridiculed."

"Women are very represented in the non-technical space at Uber and Uber is growing to improve our representation in tech at all levels. Overall, the Women @ Uber ERG is very empowering for women alike."
