"There is a pervasive culture of sexism a lot of which stems for the Engineering department, but permeates to other departments. Executive leadership is not strong and does not address leaders who create a hostile work environment. The company rewards long hours and visibility in the office over results and which do not favor women."

"Its an intense environment. To be successful, you need to be bold, unafraid to voice your opinion, and keep your cool when others have a different opinion. Several of the leaders tend to be very into the details, so you have to work hard to maintain your ownership."

"Not a great place to work for a woman who is trying to start a family or a woman with kids. Pros: Very fast career trajectory Cons: Very rushed culture Changing requests, frequent asks Continually changing management and lot of turnover Micromanagement Untrained managers who do not know how to protect and help their reports Not much independence to do the job"
