"I love my job. I wish I had my payroll hours to have the time to spend on my role. Payroll is tight and every year it seems they’re asking for more. This meanings staying late, coming in early, putting my own DOR tasks and responsibilities on hold to simply run the floor due to lack of hrs and support. This is a great job, just could be better with more support and better training for all associates. "
