"I started working at Unilever when I was a relatively new mom, the line manager was extremely flexible with me and my schedule. When my daughter's preschool was only 2 hours a day, I was able to work from home for the entire year to accommodate my daughter's schedule. This was a game changer for my work-life balance. I have never felt as if I have to choose between work and home at Unilever. "
