"Unilever cares about the environment and social justice issues which is wonderful! Unilever has a longer paternal leave policy than most companies and no stigma attached to taking the full time off. "

"We have so many Business Resource Groups to support women- GALvanize, Women Advancing Manufacturing (WAM), NEW U- Network of Executive Women @ Unilever, United Parents! All of these groups help us stay connected, support networking, and promote friendship in the office!"

"Unilever is an amazing organization, and they truly walk the talk when it comes to advancement of women! I am in a factory location and see the programs translate here too, in an area traditionally geared toward men. "
