"That there is some mobility and flexibility but there is often very poor leadership when it comes to removing toxic managers or requiring consistency in application of policies. You can have wildly different experiences dependi g on geographic area or office or team. It's a crap shoot. Great work if you get a good office, horrible if not."

"There's a lot of women in leadership here, though time remains to be told how the new administration affects things. Of the three political appointees so far whose gender I know, all are male."
